It's A Girl!!!
It is with great Joy that we announce the referral of our daughter Langley Elizabeth Phillips. We got the call at 3:36 on January 25.
Here is the information we have so far.
Chinese Name: Fu Bao Lai
Date of Birth: 03/04/05
Currently Residing: Chongqing, Fuling Social Welfare Institute
She is in good health
We are overjoyed and over the moon!
We will hopefully travel within 2 months to get her.

She is beautiful!! Two of the babies in our travel group are from the Fuling SWI. There are only 4 families traveling and I think we are all going to visit the SWI. I'll keep my eyes (and camera) peeled for you!!
